FINN POKE
A healthy Hawaiian haven born in Byron Bay, Finn Poke stands to bring the cool clean flavours of Hawaii to the fresh, organic produce of Australia. The first Poke-focused restaurant in Australia, Finn Poke takes pride in local, quality and sustainably sourced fish and ingredients.
Since opening in 2017, Finn Poke has grown to conquer some of Australia’s most dynamic locations, from Byron Bay to Burleigh Heads to Broadbeach’s Pacific Fair, Southbank in Brisbane and, most recently, Newcastle NSW.
DAILY GREENS
Opening in late 2019, Daily Greens was the answer to the growing demand for conscious consumption. With a ‘Grow, Harvest, Serve’ philosophy, Daily Greens serves a menu of local and sustainable foods ranging from, plant based soups and nourish bowls to fresh cold pressed Much like Spain’s seasonal healthy food chain ‘Honest Greens’ and America’s Sweetgreen – both of which Jacinto used as inspiration.
A place that customers can sit and eat mindfully while nourishing their bodies in a fast-casual setting.
TWO YOLKS
First of a kind concept, Two Yolks brings an american burger experience with a twist to both the Gold Coast and Southbank in Brisbane.
Serving the highest quality produce and ingredients wrapped in a casual environment, Two Yolks sits in a unique position in the market – succesfully connecting with a younger audience looking for a fun experience, or a more mature public who appreciates the quality and attention to detail. From premium coffee in the mornings to cold beers at night, Two Yolks covers all day and night trade without breaks, making it a perfect fit to upmarket business centres, malls or local boutique shopping strips.
